Terms of Service

1. Scope of Agreement

These Terms of Service govern the engagement between Zyntax Studio (“we”, “us”) and clients (“you”) contracting for custom website development, software engineering, UI/UX design, or automation solutions. By accepting a project proposal or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Project Proposals & Statements of Work

Every custom engagement is outlined in a formal project proposal or Statement of Work (SOW) specifying deliverables, milestones, timeline estimates, and fees. Any feature requests or scope modifications beyond the agreed SOW will be evaluated and quoted separately as a change request.

3. Client Responsibilities

Timely project delivery relies on mutual collaboration. As a client, you agree to:

• Provide necessary brand assets, copywriting, credentials, and API access required for development.
• Provide timely feedback during design review and milestone testing cycles.
• Ensure you have lawful rights to all materials, logos, and media supplied to us for use in the project.

4. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Upon receipt of full and final payment for the project, all custom source code, design assets, and deliverable content created specifically for your project transfer entirely to you. Zyntax Studio reserves the right to showcase non-confidential project visuals and case studies in our portfolio, unless a specific Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) has been agreed upon prior to project start.

5. Payment Terms & Currency

Projects typically follow milestone billing (e.g., upfront commencement deposit, milestone progress, and final release upon completion). Invoices are payable in USD or LKR depending on client location and agreed proposal terms. Local Sri Lankan bank transfers and international wire/card methods are accepted.

6. Warranty & Post-Launch Support

We provide a 30-day post-launch bug warranty covering any discrepancies between the delivered product and the agreed SOW. Ongoing maintenance, version upgrades, content additions, and server management are available through dedicated monthly support agreements.
